Before you start

Prepare your account and everyday devices

Before you begin, decide which devices you plan to use with YRVPN. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit, so you can complete the initial setup on your most-used device and then import the subscription on others under the same account. For the first setup, keep your browser and client open together: use the browser to sign in to the user panel, copy the subscription, and read the instructions; use the client to import the configuration and connect. This avoids switching between pages to find information.

This page does not provide static installer links or display usable subscription content. Get both the client and your dedicated subscription from the user panel. Once your account status changes, the panel will show the entry points that match your current device and plan. If you already have an account, skip to “Choose a plan” or “Get your subscription.” If this is your first time, follow the steps below in order.

Remember that the subscription link acts as a configuration credential for your account. Import it only into clients you control, and never post it on a public page, in a group chat, or in a screenshot. The example addresses in this guide are invalid demonstration values and cannot connect. After your first connection, read the complete guide or visit the Help Center for subscription updates, route types, and advanced security settings. You do not need to configure every option at the start.

Create your account

Enter the user panel with your username

Open the YRVPN account creation page, enter an easy-to-remember username, and set a password. No email address is required, and you can enter the user panel after submitting the form. Your username identifies the account when you sign in; the password protects your plans, orders, and subscription details. Use a unique, hard-to-guess combination and save it in your password manager.

If the page opens the account overview directly after submission, your account has been created. If it returns to the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created. In the panel, confirm that you can see areas such as the account overview, plans, and clients. It is normal not to have a selected plan yet; the subscription section may show guidance until you complete an order and a usable configuration becomes available.

If the username is already taken, try a more distinctive name and submit again. If the page does not respond for a long time, keep your entries, refresh the page, and try once more. If it still fails, use the ticket entry in the user panel and describe the page and step where the problem occurred. Avoid creating multiple temporary accounts, or your orders and subscriptions may end up split across accounts and become harder to find.

Choose a plan

Place an order based on your data usage

After signing in, open the plan panel and decide whether you expect steady or occasional use. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. If you regularly use international websites, streaming services, or online tools, a monthly subscription makes ongoing data replenishment easier. If your usage is irregular, a data package can better match your actual consumption.

After selecting a plan, the order page will show the price, data allowance, and payment methods again. Confirm that the username is correct, then choose an available method—Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT—to complete payment. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so there is no need to choose a higher allowance for a possible future increase. Start with your current usage and adjust it from the panel if your needs change.

After payment, return to the user panel rather than judging the order status by whether the payment page closes. Open the account overview or orders area and confirm that the plan is active. The status may take a short while to update; refresh the account overview and check again. If the order still has not synced, keep your payment record and submit the order details through a panel ticket instead of creating duplicate orders. All plans support unlimited devices and 60-day, no-questions-asked refunds. See the Refund Policy for the applicable rules.

Get your subscription

Copy your dedicated configuration from the account overview

Once your plan is active, open the account overview and find the subscription section. It usually shows the subscription status, remaining data, and options to copy or import. Click Copy to place your dedicated subscription link on the clipboard, then switch to the client and paste it into the “Add Subscription” or “Import from Link” field. Do not edit the link manually or split it into multiple parts.

For easy identification, a subscription link is usually a single line. The invalid address below is shown only as an example of its format. In actual use, you must copy the content generated for your account in the user panel:

Invalid example https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If the client’s input field is still empty after you click Copy, return to the browser and copy it again, then check whether the browser is allowed to access the clipboard. You can also select the complete link in the panel and copy it manually, making sure the beginning, end, and parameters are all intact. A subscription is not a single fixed route; it is a set of route details that can change with server-side updates. After the first import, run “Update Subscription” or “Refresh Configuration” until the route names appear.

When renewing a plan, changing routes, or reinstalling a client, the safest approach is still to get the current subscription from the account overview. Do not rely on an old screenshot or rewrite the subscription into an address you have guessed. If the panel shows that the subscription is unavailable, check the plan status and remaining data first, then look for the relevant guidance in the Help Center.

Clients for each platform

Import your subscription on your everyday devices

Start by choosing the entry for your current device in the client section of the user panel. After installation, do not rush to change advanced settings such as protocols, routing rules, or the system proxy. For the first setup, follow the main path: “import subscription → update routes → choose a route.” Permissions and menu locations vary by platform. The sections below explain what you will usually see on each platform and which step to take next.

Windows

On Windows, use a desktop client that supports subscription import. Get it from the user panel and complete the installation, then open the subscription or configuration manager the first time you launch it and choose an option such as “Import from Link.” Paste the subscription link you copied, give the configuration a recognizable name, save it, and run an update. Once the route list appears, return to the main client screen, choose a route, and enable the system proxy or connection switch.

If Windows displays a network access permission prompt, allow the client to run on the network you are currently using. Otherwise, it may show routes without being able to handle browser traffic. After importing, keep the default mode and do not run another tool that changes the system proxy at the same time. Once the client shows Connected, continue to the verification step below.

macOS

On macOS, choose a desktop client that supports remote subscriptions. During installation and first launch, macOS may ask you to add a network configuration or grant permission for a network extension. Confirm the system dialogs, return to the client, open subscription management, paste your dedicated link, and update. After a successful import, the main screen will show regional or route groups. Choose the target route and turn on the connection.

If you close the system permission dialog, the client may remain stuck on Connecting. Open macOS System Settings, check the authorization related to the network extension, then quit and relaunch the client. Do not import the same link repeatedly to fix a permissions issue; duplicate configurations only create repeated route groups. For more complete macOS permission guidance, read the macOS first-connection setup guide.

Android

On Android, open the client entry provided in the user panel. After installation, go to the configuration or subscription page, tap Add, and choose to import from a link. Paste the subscription address, save the configuration, then refresh or tap Update to load the route list. Return to the home screen, choose a route, and start the connection. Android will show a network connection authorization prompt; confirm it, and the client status bar should show that the connection is established.

Some Android systems restrict apps that run in the background for long periods. If the connection works at first but stops after you switch apps, allow the client to keep running in the background in the system app settings. Menu names vary widely between device makers, so this page does not list every path. If this happens, search the Help Center’s connection and troubleshooting section by symptom.

iOS

On iOS, use the user panel to find the applicable client and import method. Open the client, go to its subscription, configuration, or server management page, choose Add by URL, paste your dedicated subscription, and save it. The first time you connect, iOS will ask to add a network configuration. Complete the system authorization, then return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection switch.

If no routes appear after importing the subscription, first confirm that you pasted the complete address, then use the client’s update function to fetch it again. If you imported an older configuration previously, update the existing subscription instead of creating a new one each time. The iOS connection indicator only confirms that the network configuration is enabled; use the network check in the next section to confirm that traffic is leaving through the expected egress.

Connect and check

Choose a route and confirm the connection works

Once the client displays the route list, choose a region based on your destination. For content tied to a particular region, prefer a route in the same region as the service. For general international websites, start with a nearby region. After selecting a route, turn on the connection and wait for the client to show Connected before opening your browser. During first-time setup, do not switch through many routes at once; confirming that one route connects fully makes problems easier to isolate.

Open this site’s network check page and see whether the current egress details match the region of your selected route. If the check page was open before connecting, refresh it afterward so the browser does not show an old result. Once the egress details have changed, visit the site you actually need and confirm that pages load, sign-in works, and playback is available. If both the network check and real-world access work, the initial setup is complete.

If the client says Connected but the egress details have not changed, disconnect first and confirm that the system proxy or the appropriate connection mode is enabled, then select a route and connect again. On desktop, also check whether another application is controlling the proxy settings. On mobile, try switching networks temporarily and reconnecting. If the egress region changes but one website still shows content for the old region, the cause may be the site’s saved account region, cache, or content licensing rules. See the regional mechanisms section in the complete guide; advanced adjustments are outside the scope of this page.

Completion check

You can finish the initial setup when all three conditions are met: the client shows Connected, the network check matches your selected region, and the target website opens normally.

When something goes wrong

Common issues: troubleshoot in order

When the first connection fails, the most effective approach is to retrace the setup flow rather than change many settings at once. Return to the account overview and confirm that the plan is active, then check whether the subscription can be updated in the client. If the route list is empty, repeat the copy-subscription and configuration-update steps. If the route list is present but the connection will not establish, test another route in the same region and confirm that the system allows the client to add a network configuration.

If only one website is inaccessible while other international sites and the network check work normally, your account, subscription, and basic connection are probably working. Clear that site’s cache, sign out and back in, or choose a route in the region associated with the target content. If no websites open, disconnect the client first and confirm that your local network works normally, then reconnect. This helps distinguish a local network issue from a route connection issue.

If the subscription will not update, system permissions are repeatedly denied, data usage looks incorrect, or the order status is inconsistent, do not delete the account or create new orders repeatedly. Visit the Help Center and search under “Account & Subscription,” “Connection & Troubleshooting,” “Speed & Routes,” or “Billing & Refunds.” If the issue remains, submit a ticket through the user panel and include your platform, the step where the problem occurred, and the checks you have already completed. For route principles, regional rules for streaming, and more detailed selection guidance, continue with the complete guide.
